Cicis Cosmetics LLC's processing window is 3-5 days. After your order has been placed, you will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation email after your order is scanned in the post office (USPS). Be aware that the processing window does not include holidays and weekends. If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for carrier delays. In addition, shipping charges to your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

To prevent lost packages make sure you double check your address before placing your order. Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS) are considered delivered. Therefore, if your package gets lost or stolen you will need to contact the carrier to request information about your package. If you made a mistake when submitting your address information and the carrier wasn't able to deliver it, it will be returned to the sender. Buyers will be refunded once the package returns to the sender, but the package will not be reshipped.

Cicis Cosmetics LLC has a no-return or exchange policy. If your product has been damaged please contact Ciciscosmetics1@gmail.com. In your email please include your order number, customer's name, a description of the damage, and a picture to verify. Your email will be answered within 1-2 days. If we decide your product is damaged, a replacement, refund, or gift card will be sent at the buyer's discretion. If the product is not damaged, you will not receive a refund or replacement. DAMAGED PRODUCTS INCLUDES: cracks or malfunction of the wand. Be aware that air spaces are likely to occur once the wand has been removed. Also, lip glosses with a slight color difference or gloss displaced around the tube are not considered damaged.

Be aware that items sold at CICIS Cosmetics LLC are handmade products, therefore items may look slightly different. Lip glosses might not look full once the wand has been removed from the tubes. Make sure to read the ingredient list before buying any product to prevent any allergic reaction.
